If Windows Defender displays the popup "Windows Protected your PC"
  1. Click More info.
  2. Then click Run Anyway.

 

Norton

If Download is Blocked
  1. Start Norton. If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. In the Settings window, click Firewall.
  4. On the Intrusion and Browser Protection tab, next to Download Intelligence, move the slider to the right to turn Off the feature.
  5. In the Settings window, click Apply.
  6. In the Security Request dialog box, from the drop-down list, select the duration to turn off Download Insight for, and then click OK.
  7. Click OK.
If Running Application is Blocked
  1. Right-click on the application executable and click Norton File Insight.
  2. Click Trust Now.
  1. Start Norton. If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. In the Settings window, click Firewall.
  4. On the Program Control tab, click Add.
  5. In the Select a program dialog box, browse to the executable file for the program you want to run.
  6. In the Options drop-down list, select Allow Always.
  7. Click OK.
If Application is Quarantined
  1. Open Norton.
  2. On the main window click Quarantine.
  3. In the opened list, select the program you want to restore.
  4. Click on More Details (bottom, right side).
  5. On the new window click on Options (bottom).
  6. Click Restore File.
  7. Check the Do not detect it anymore option during the restore.
