We do not share your personal information with anyone except in the following cases: 1) When we process your order.
We use your personal information solely to process your order, to contact you about your order if any questions should arise,
to track your registration for products you have purchased, and to notify you of any product corrections or updates. We and
our partners (such as banks, credit card verifiers, etc.) use industry standard encryption when collecting your personal
information during our online checkout process and when transferring your credit card data to our fulfillment system. 2) When
the law requires it. We will follow the law if we receive requests about you from a government or related to a lawsuit. We'll
notify you when we're asked to hand over your personal information in this way unless we're legally prohibited from doing so.
3) When we have asked and received your permission to share it. 4) If our organizational structure or status changes (if we
are acquired or go bankrupt) we may pass your information to a successor. Our products transmit non-personal usage statistics
or "telemetry", including your IP address and location, to our server to evaluate
version and trial popularity
as a part of a standard web log. Usage statistics transmitted to us are aggregated
to help us improve our
products and are not shared with third parties. This feature is active by default but can be deactivated under the Options
menu of our applications. If we make any material changes in our privacy practices, we will post a notice on this page.
