makes no warranty, express or implied, with respect to any software product, data, or supporting services, and will in no event be
liable for any loss or damage resulting from its use. READ OUR FULL LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY WHEN YOU INSTALL OUR SOFTWARE. Each product license includes free use of our telephone technical support service. We will address technical support requests on a reasonable effort basis only and
may not be able to resolve all problems or requests. A purchased license is nonrefundable, but we
allow you to fully install and try our software before you buy.
All materials are the copyrighted property of Hamilton Software, Inc. and its suppliers and are protected by federal and
international copyright law. You are not allowed to copy or redistribute any portion of any downloaded
or purchased product or product activation keycode except as specified in the product License Agreement. Each license purchased is for a single product installation, however multi-license discounts are available
(contact a sales representative at 303-847-8092).
Privacy Policy
We do not share your personal information with anyone except in the following cases: 1) When we process your order. We use your personal information solely to process your order, to contact you about your order if any questions should arise,
to track your registration for products you have purchased, and to notify you of any product corrections or updates. We and
our partners (such as banks, credit card verifiers, etc.) use industry standard encryption when collecting your personal
information during our online checkout process and when transferring your credit card data to our fulfillment system. 2) When
the law requires it. We will follow the law if we receive requests about you from a government or related to a lawsuit. We'll
notify you when we're asked to hand over your personal information in this way unless we're legally prohibited from doing so. 3) When we have asked and received your permission to share it. 4) If our organizational structure or status changes (if we
are acquired or go bankrupt) we may pass your information to a successor.
